This illuminated Bible in Spanish was translated directly from Hebrew. The translation and edition was supervised by Rabbi Mosheh Arragel, who was invited to commit this task by a Christian, Don Guzman, master of the Order of Caltatrava, one of the most important knightly orders of Spain.
